You should receive your duplicate within 10 business days.
  2. If you have been processed for a duplicate GLS Learner's Permit, a moped permit or a duplicate Federally Non-Compliant driver's license you may use the paper "Interim Receipt" that you received as a temporary permit or license to drive on until you receive your actual photo permit or license in the mail. You should expect to receive your duplicate ID card, GLS permit, moped permit or license in the mail within 10 business days.
